Is he the Haman of Moses, or just another Haman? What is the feast of “Purim”? What kind of “farces” do the Zionists commit at this particular feast? Why? For whose benefit? What victory did the Jews achieve in ancient times, and in which historical period? What is the connection between this victory and the massacre the Zionists are committing in our time, since 7 October? And what is the real similarity between a legendary historical figure like “Haman” and Yahya Sinwar, the leader of Hamas in Gaza?

To be honest, these are all genuinely important questions, but unfortunately they remain stripped of context. That is why we must first establish a few things, and we must also dismantle the racist foundation inherited in Zionist writings and in the Zionists’ various, and often deranged, interpretations of the Jewish religion, before we can understand the reasons for the rise in killings and racism against Palestinians during the feast of “Purim”, or the “Feast of Farces” in another account.

<circle cx="1718" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="1718" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="1930" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="1930" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2142" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2142" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2354" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2354" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2566" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2566" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/>

The Goyim

In the fifth chapter of the well-known book “Torat HaMelech” (The King’s Torah), published by the “Od Yosef Chai” yeshiva in the settlement of “Yitzhar” in the West Bank, Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira set out something resembling a “manifesto”, or the ideal way to establish the Jewish state, stating, as quoted, that “Arab children must be killed”. Why? For no clear reason except “to cause grief to their parents”. He then repeated it in the sixth chapter, saying: “Revenge must be taken on the Arabs continually, and it must be taken harshly; therefore infants must be killed”, “and whoever considers this act, namely the killing of children, wrong or disapproves of it is certainly from the camp of the enemy gentiles, and therefore what applies to Arab children applies to him”.

What is strange here is that these words were not merely the extremism of one deranged man; on the contrary, this idea is rooted in the minds of many Zionist Jews, and many of them firmly believe that killing the children of “Arabs” is a Jewish doctrine through which Jews draw closer to God, as the “Book of Joshua”, “Chapter 6”, states: “Destroy everything in the city (meaning Jericho), man and woman, child and old man, even the oxen, sheep and donkeys, with the edge of the sword, and burn the city with fire along with everything in it”. This also appears clearly in the fatwas of rabbis reinforcing the teachings of the Torah and the Talmud: Rabbi “Mordechai Eliyahu”, the former chief rabbi of the Zionist entity, issued a religious ruling permitting the extermination of Palestinians as a religious duty, as did “Ovadia Yosef”, the former Chief Rabbi of the Sephardic Jews and spiritual father of the “Shas” party, which is officially represented in the Israeli Knesset, who described Palestinians under the dome of parliament as “insects and cockroaches that must be trampled underfoot”.

Those insects the man described were, and still are, the solid foundation on which the idea of “goyim”, or “gentiles”, stands. The extremist tendency among Israelis appears in the sharp and decisive distinction between the Jews as a chosen or holy people, in whom God dwells with His spirit, on the one hand, and the other peoples, the gentiles, who automatically fall outside the circle of holiness or humanity, on the other. The Book of Isaiah (61:5-6) states: “And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers. But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves”, and the Book of Micah (4:13) states: “Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion: for I will make thine horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs brass: and thou shalt beat in pieces many people”.

So the Jew is the only rational human being, fully competent, while the rest are a horde of gentiles deserving to be crushed and destroyed, and at best they will become servants or slaves to the children of Zion. Before you are astonished at the horror of this position, or imagine that these are merely old, worn-out ideas overtaken by time with no place in the twenty-first century, it is enough for us to tell you the following story:

<circle cx="1718" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="1718" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="1930" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="1930" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2142" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2142" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2354" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2354" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2566" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2566" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/>

Arab! Arab!

In a report titled “Hamza Younis: From Israel’s Boxing Champion to a Fida’i Resisting Its Occupation!”, writer and journalist Louay Fawzi tells a story in the words of Hamza Younis, Palestine’s boxing champion and later a field commander in the “Popular Resistance Forces in Gaza”. Because the matter is bigger than merely borrowing the idea without the text, the article goes on to cite what the writer said before discussing it.

In that account, Fawzi describes Hamza’s first contact with the children of Zionists in the settlements: because they seemed like any other children, his calm and peaceful nature led him to befriend some of them, but childhood friendship could not cure the racist tendency Zionism had planted in them towards Arabs like him. Hamza nonetheless put up with those poisoned relationships, since those children were better than the “lunatics” who roamed the streets and, whenever they quarrelled with an Arab, shouted “Arab! Arab!” so that Zionists gathered to beat and kick him; it was enough for his blood to stain their clothes for the police to convict him, because he had “stained” the Zionist’s clothes with his Arab blood.

Fawzi then asks why the Arab is convicted for “staining” the Zionist’s clothes with his blood during the latter’s assault, and answers that it is because he is a “goy”, the Hebrew word Zionists use for Arabs, before correcting himself: a “goy” is anyone who is not a Zionist, even a white American named “David” who supports the Yankees, eats burgers and hates immigrants; put simply, anyone who is not a Zionist is a “goy” deserving to be killed and destroyed.

Hamza saw those scenes with his own eyes, and they were repeated before him thousands of times in his childhood and youth, so much so that he later recorded them in his book “Escape from Ramla Prison”, after he became certain that there was no safety or decent life alongside those Zionists, and that appeasing them or living peacefully with them would never bring him peace. On the contrary, it might feed in them a greater sense of racial superiority, which would bring more woes upon him and his family, while fierce resistance was the only way to break them in their own eyes, then break the arrogance with which they deceive the world, in addition to making them fearful and terrified; and in this fear lies salvation from the clutches of their occupation and their bloody racism.

This is natural, considering that those racist traditions were essentially shaped by contradictory rabbinical interpretations, which on the one hand detest the literal reading of the Torah and on the other consider it the holiest thing in existence. Rabbinic tradition considers the text eternal and beyond reproach as an abstract text, but in order for it to have a clear meaning for future generations, they had to explain it and decode it.

That is why they presented their own understanding of every verse of the Bible, then tried to make the Torah a living source of inspiration. Since the five books of Moses and many of the books of the prophets, such as Joshua and Judges, teem with various images of violence, there is no harm, in their view, in projecting them onto current events, to make the Palestinian and Arab people a natural extension of the enemies of the Jews in bygone ages, so that what applied to the enemies of the Jews in ancient times applies to them. That is why you see the Zionist Jew, awake at work, in his factory or school, or standing in prayer before his holy altar, or laying his head on the pillow at night, staring into space, thinking of only one thing: revenge.

According to an excerpt from the book “Torat HaMelech” cited by the writer, the great sages of old ruled that the best of the gentiles in wartime “is the dead one”, since their danger and wickedness are too great for them to be reformed, and that children, from one day old to the age of majority, who do not violate the seven commandments because they do not know or have not heard of them, may be killed because of the future danger they would pose if allowed to live among Jews and grow up to become wicked like their parents.

An excerpt from the book “Torat HaMelech”.

<circle cx="1718" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="1718" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="1930" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="1930" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2142" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2142" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2354" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2354" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2566" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2566" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/>

In the Beginning Was “Esther”

Let us return to the Feast of Farces once again, but from this perspective, to find that it offers an ideal doctrinal model for resolving conflicts, because its story is as simple as it is prophetic and heavenly, and its characters and events are highly fictional, or let us say they have no origin except in the Bible, specifically in the Book of “Esther”. It also relies mainly on narratives, and therefore cannot be traced, proven, refuted or its motives understood through accepted material historical methods, which makes it fertile material for interpretation:

So, as the books tell us: there was a person called Haman, a minister at the court of the Persian king, who, for reasons also unknown, harboured unjustified hatred for the Jews. He therefore tried to win the Persian king’s favour to extract a decree ordering “to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish, all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day”. As soon as the Jews learned of his plan, they declared a “fast of repentance”, seeking divine power to protect them from the massacre, but at the same time they also sought a practical, earthly way to influence the king and get around the decree of the spiteful minister.

Indeed, they got what they wanted when Queen Esther, the Persian king’s wife, intervened, revealed her Jewish origins to the king and persuaded him to stop the planned genocide. Nevertheless, the last chapter of the book speaks of the Jews reversing the massacre a few years later, killing 75,000 Persians “in revenge” for those plans; even if they were not carried out on the ground, the plans themselves call for revenge. The story ends with a crushing Jewish victory over “Haman”, his soldiers, his men and the entire Persian people, with all who were in it, men, children, old people and women. Here the story actually ended, so we must ask a question: did the massacre end with the end of the story?

<circle cx="1718" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="1718" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="1930" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="1930" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2142" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2142" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2354" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2354" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/><circle cx="2566" cy="211" r="56" fill="#fafafa" stroke="#9c9c9c" stroke-width="3"/><circle cx="2566" cy="202" r="50" fill="#647580" stroke="#4e5962" stroke-width="4"/>

The Ongoing Massacre

Baruch Goldstein was a doctor born in the United States who then travelled to Israel. Although he was American by birth and upbringing, meaning he did not suffer what half the population of planet Earth suffers, he travelled to Israel. Why did he travel to Israel? Because it was his promised land and his stolen homeland. And who said it was his promised land or stolen homeland? The same Zionist interpretations that made the case against everyone who is not Jewish, regarded them as mere “gentiles” and “Amalekites” stripped of humanity, then called on their followers to slaughter, flay and shed blood, and nothing else. So the matter is linked and connected, in an extended context: if you are a Zionist, you may travel to Israel one day. Why? First, to take revenge on the “gentiles” and “Amalekites”, and second, to build an illegitimate “settlement” in which to live the rest of your life, awaiting the “holy appointed time” for the annihilation of humanity.

Baruch lived in this society and was steeped in its beliefs, interpretations and readings for some time. Then he summoned his resolve and his weapon and carried out an operation with which he vindicated himself before his community and its priesthood, when on 25 February 1994 he opened indiscriminate fire on worshippers at the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Hebron as they performed the dawn prayer in the middle of the month of Ramadan. Dozens of Muslims were martyred in that massacre, on their holiest days, the month of Ramadan, which by pure coincidence coincided with the holiest of Jewish days, the feast of “Purim”.

After he was killed by the surviving worshippers, Zionist history did not put him on trial even once; on the contrary, he became a national hero in Israel. Celebrations were held in his honour at the “Kiryat Arba” cemetery where he was buried, his pictures were hung in Jewish holy places, and a not inconsiderable number of followers of “national Judaism” considered him a holy person, of the line of Esther and the valiant ancient Jews, killers of the Persians, killers of children and women, and avengers. And so we return to where we began, to find that the man drew that deep hatred from the writings glorifying the feast of “Purim” and encouraging the killing of thousands of followers of Haman the Persian, who later became a Palestinian Arab named Yahya Sinwar.

Accordingly, there is no longer any surprise at Netanyahu’s reliance on this legend in his statements, because he knows exactly what it means to Jews, and because he knows that repeating it in their ears will automatically lead to more violence, killing and destruction, the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the demolition of homes on their owners’ heads, and relishing the killing and torture of infants, and that the continuation of this massacre guarantees him, at the very least, the continuation of his government for a period of time, and therefore the continuation of his so-called state.

An op-ed traces how Netanyahu’s Purim rhetoric and extremist rabbinical readings of the Book of Esther are used to justify the killing of Palestinians.

[411
19945,19942,4277,19944,19947,19946,19941,19940,19948,19943
10803
post-18616","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-op-ed-en","tag-baruch-goldstein","tag-book-of-esther","tag-gaza-war","tag-goyim","tag-hamza-younis","tag-ibrahimi-mosque-massacre","tag-netanyahu-haman-sinwar","tag-purim","tag-religious-zionism","tag-torat-hamelech","kateb-mahmoud-layali
["GET
