{"id":25956,"date":"2026-11-04T11:10:34","date_gmt":"2026-11-04T09:10:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zawia3.com\/?p=25956"},"modified":"2026-11-04T11:10:34","modified_gmt":"2026-11-04T09:10:34","slug":"death-sentences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zawia3.com\/en\/death-sentences\/","title":{"rendered":"EIPR: 13 Defendants Sentenced to Death in 8 Cases and 2 People Executed in October"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights (EIPR) recorded death sentences against 13 defendants in 8 cases during October 2026, and the execution of two people in one case, in its <a href=\"https:\/\/eipr.org\/en\/press\/2026\/11\/death-sentences-egypt-october-2026\">monthly bulletin<\/a> on death sentences in Egypt, published on Tuesday 3 November 2026.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/eipr.org\/sites\/default\/files\/images\/photo-library\/2_7.jpg\">infographic<\/a> attached to the bulletin, the total covers rulings by criminal courts and cassation rulings in the ordinary and military judiciary.
